Mark Scharmann, President & CEO

Mr. Scharmann has rendered consulting services to numerous private companies regarding reverse acquisition transactions since 1983. He began researching and investing in emerging growth public companies in 1981. Motivated by a lack of available information on OTC traded public companies, he compiled and edited two publications entitled, The Digest of Stocks Listed on The Intermountain Stock Exchange and The OTC Stock Digest.

Mr. Scharmann founded Troika Capital Incorporated in 1981. He graduated from Weber State University, with a Bachelors of Integrated Studies emphasizing Business, Psyhchology and Health Promotion.
